10 Tips For a Good Night’s Sleep

1 - Keep regular sleep schedules. Try to go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every morning. This keeps your biological clock in sync and helps your body adjust.

2 - Choose a Quiet activity that you can repeat every night like reading a book or brushing your hair. Develop a sleep ritual cues your body to settle down.
